REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
ADMISSIONS OPEN ONLY FOR LKG to Class 7 (2023-24)
- Admissions open in LKG to class 7 for the Academic Year 2023-24. Those who wish to register the names of their ward/s can do so from 1st April 2023 to 30th June 2023 till the available seats are filled up. If the seats are full, the link will be closed even before 30th June 2023. Fill in the form online and take a printout & submit it to the school office along with the documents/ records required (Mentioned below) between 1st April 2023 to 30 June 2023. (Submission time: 09:00 am to 12:30 pm)
- N.B. No Forms will be accepted after 30th June 2023
- प्रवेश नोंदणी प्रक्रिया – (2023-24)
- LKG ते इयत्ता 7 साठी
- शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2023-24 साठी LKG ते इयत्ता 7 वी वर्गा करिता प्रवेश नोंदणी चालू आहे. 1 एप्रिल 2023 ते 30 जून 2024 पर्यंत ऑनलाईन लिंक उपलब्ध आहे.
- जे विद्यार्थी प्रवेश घेऊ इच्छितात त्यांनी त्वरित ऑनलाईन फॉर्म भरावे.
- मर्यादित जागा असल्यामुळे ऑनलाईन लिंक ३० जून २०२3 पूर्वीच बंद केली जाईल.
- ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरून आवश्यक कागदपत्रे/ रेकॉर्डसह एक प्रिंट आऊट घेऊन शाळेच्या कार्यालयात जमा करावी.
- (कार्यालयीन वेळ : सकाळी 09:00 ते दुपारी 12:30)
- टीप : 30 जून 2023 नंतर कोणतेही फॉर्म स्वीकारले जाणार नाहीत.
General Rules
As per the Maharashtra Govt. GR of 03/03/2022. the age criteria for admission are as above.
- Incomplete forms & forms with wrong information will be rejected at the time of submission / even after submission.
- Mere submission of the Registration Forms/Selection of candidates does not guarantee admission.
- Being a Private, Unaided, Minority School, the head of the institution reserves the full right to accept or reject any application without citing the reason for his/her action.
- Admission will be granted as per the vacancies available.
- Bringing recommendation for admission is strongly discouraged.
- महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या दि. ०३ मार्च २०२२ च्या आदेशानुसार वयाचे निकष खालील प्रमाणे आहेत.
- अपूर्ण फॉर्म आणि चुकीची माहिती असलेले फॉर्म दाखल करते वेळी किंवा दाखल केल्यानंतरही नाकारले जातील.
- ऑनलाईन अर्ज केल्याने प्रवेशाची हमी मिळत नाही.
- सेंट मेरीज इंग्लिश स्कुल ही खाजगी, अल्पसंख्याक आणि विनाअनुदानित शाळा असल्याने कोणताही प्रवेश अर्ज स्वीकारण्याचा किंवा नाकारण्याचा पूर्ण अधिकार शाळेकडे असेल.
- प्रवेशासाठी कोणत्याही शिफारशीचा विचार केला जाणार नाही.
THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS/RECORDS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE REGISTRATION FORM:-
- Photostat of Birth Certificate from Municipality/Gram Panchayat (self-attested). Birth Certificates from Government hospitals, Private clinics, Nursing homes, and Private hospitals will not be accepted.
- Photostat of Addhar Card
- Photostat of Caste certificate (of father) (self-attested).
- Two recent passport size colour photographs of the candidate.
- An affidavit by the guardian, in case the child is under the custody of a guardian and not parents, stating the reason for his/her guardianship.
- Photostat of Baptism Certificate duly attested by the Parish Priest /Pastor of the church, in case the candidate is a Christian.
- Rs. 500/- as Registration Fee. (To be submitted during admission)
